Mount Laurel History
Mount Laurel is rich with history, with a spot along the Underground Railroad at Jacob’s Chapel AME Church, antebellum African American settlements marked by the Colemantown Meeting House, as well as being the birthplace of women’s rights activist Alice Paul.
